Caitlin joined Neighbours, after already having a fairly big role in the children's aimed show "the sleep over club" which ran for a year in 2003 and also starred Eliza Taylor-Cotter.

Caitlin joined Neighbours in 2005 as the character Rachel Kinski. At the time of joining her character also had a younger brother and father in the show, Alex and Zeke. 2006 saw Alex leaving the show and a new character, an older sister to Rachel and Zeke, joining the show.

As with most of the Neighbours cast Caitlin has been involved in various promotional work during her time on the show. She appeared in a special edition of Australia's Brainiest which aired across Australia in March 2006.

Despite being a relative newcomer to the cast Caitlin appeared at several big public events in 2006 along with fellow stars such as Dichen Lachlan and Daniel O'Connor.
