Sindi's behaviour continues to suffer after her appointment with the hypnotherapist. Things seem to have settled down and Sindi is adament that she's a lot better now and is happy to leave anything that may have happened in the past for now. Stu is happy with this though he feels Sindi may benifit from futher sessions. After being pursuaded by an insistent Harold the pair go to the pub to take part in a charity pool tournament. Stu does well in it and tells Sindi how glad her is that she's there with him. Sindi agrees and then talks seriously with him. She tells him that she doesn't want to be with him for ever and then, to Stu's suprise, asks for queit from the occupants in the busy pub. Once this has happened she turns to Stu and tells him how much he means to her. She then gets down on one knee and asks him to marry her.

Sky continues to pursue Affirmacon. Dylan is still confident that she's barking up the wrong tree. Sky gets an email from a newspaper whom she's ask for information from. It contains evidence that Affirmacon are behind the toxic spill as they've been involved in other cases in Europe and the U.S where land has become dangerous which they've then moved in and bought. After reading this Dylan goes to meet Paul. Paul seems genuinly sorry for Dylan and gives him a Affirmacon security card which will grant access to their head office. He also tells Dylan where to find documents which will act as a "smoking gun" and provide ammo to resist their takeover. Paul apologieses again to Dylan, who notes that (with Paul double crossing Affirmacon with Dylan) it's the first time he's ever seen Paul truely sacared of anyone. Dylan and Sky then get into the head office. They spend some time rooting around the room which Paul had told Dylan to look in. Eventually they find the documents which show that Affirmacon had been planning to buy the land in Erinsborough for almost a year. As they're reading the details a security guard enters on a sweep of the building. The pair manage to hide beneath the desk. The guard's surveys the room and then turns and closes the door. Dylan and Sky remain close to each other and then kiss.

Susan alerts Lilijiana to the fact that Serena may be suffering from her and David's break up. Lil tells Susan that she plans to tell Serena about her and Paul but hasn't found the right time. Lil decides to take Serena away for a few days, a trip which is set up by Paul who is keen that Lilijiana maintains a good relationship with her daughter, and calls at number 24 Ramsay Street to invite her. Serena is out but David agrees to pass the message on. However when Lil calls back later Harold tells her that David left a while ago. As Lil asks when they'll be back Harold informats her that they're gone on a short break and will be away for a few days.
