Izzy continues to suffer from an affliction. She insists that it's not related to the pills which she is trying to stop taking. Her actions speak otherwise though and her frantic ramblings of innocence lead Paul and Elle into expressing their concern. Izzy snaps and asks Paul if a drug test will stop his worrying. To her surprise he agrees. The test is done and Izzy is left alone on the couch. A while later and Ned knocks at the door a few times. He enters after no-one responds and finds a tearful Izzy on the couch watching Chitty, Chitty Bang Bang. He attempts to comfort her and the pair end up kissing. Izzy pulls out of the kiss slightly bemused and moves away from Ned. He apologises for getting the signals mixed up and leaves.
Carmella continues to taunt Serena. After a particularly nasty set of comments Liljana intervenes. Carmella doesn't let up though and Lil lets her anger get the better of her and hits Carmella, much to the shock of Carmella and Serena. Carmella remains defient though, despite Lil warning her off Serena and Conner. She goes as far as to threaten legal action against Lil on grounds on assult and chats to Stuart about pressing charges. Lil manages to swallow her pride and apologies to Carmella when she sees her in the General Store. David continues to learn an instrument, with his tambourine skills having improved in the few days he's been learning. Lou and Harold argue over Lou's constant scheming. Harold is convinced Lou is up to something and follows him. He finds Lou having a barbeque with some new friends nearby. He's using left overs from the general store as food, much to Harold’s annoyance.
Toadie is still convinced that Ned is hiding something. Despite his and Stuarts attempt at following Ned they have yet to resolve the mysteries that seem to shroud Ned. Toadie continues to gather information and arrives at the conclusion that Ned is gay. He tells Stuart who rubbishes this at first, but a chat with Ned doesn't do anything to rubbish Toadies insistence.
