The fallout from Izzy's revelation to Paul that she seduced Ned Parker yesterday sees Izzy trying to explain her actions to her boyfriend. The depth of Izzy lies appear to shock him as she's forced to admit that she made further lies, telling Ned that Paul had a terminal brain tumour to keep Ned quiet. As Izzy tries to get him to talk Paul leaves her as he heads off to think about what this means for their relationship. Izzy takes this as a sign of the end and begins to pack her things so she can leave Ramsay Street. A concerned Elle sees this and tries to talk Izzy out of leaving but Izzy is unrelenting. The revelation does have the desired effect in rendering Lou's blackmail claims useless and Paul enjoys playing along with Lou's game only to turn around and laugh at Lou’s attempts to save the General Store. Despite this last hope fading Lou is still determined to fight till the end. He suggests that he and Harold tell Elle about Izzy's relationship with Ned, but Harold is adamant that they don't believing it would do more damage than good. Lou still considers the idea right to the next day when a beaming Paul enters the General Store, with Izzy and Dylan in tow, and demands that they keys be handed over to him. Lou still holds on but in the end hands over the keys along with his General Store apron and the business passes hands from Harold and Lou to Paul and the Lassiter cooperation. Paul finds himself admitting to Izzy that although he should left her leave Erinsborough his feelings for her are preventing him doing so. Whilst the pair are still on very shaky ground he agrees to make another go of things.

Elle is keen to make her peace with Ned after their recent arguments and messy break up. Her decision to patch things up with Ned comes just as Izzy and Paul are beginning to put their problems behind them. Paul pleads with Elle not to talk to Ned but she tells him she has too. Once Paul and Izzy are alone he tells Izzy that Elle can't find out what's been going on as it would cause massive problems if she did.

Kim carries on selling copied DVD's at the University campus. Stingray notices what he's doing and warns him of the heavy punishments if Kim gets caught. Kim assures Stingray that he'll stop if he feels things are becoming too risky but Stingray isn't convinced. The money Kim gets from the DVD sales enable him to spend money on his family though, as he proves by offering to take Janae and Bree shopping later that day, which makes the morals of this actions more complex.

Sky has a second still life class which she has to draw Ned. Dylan is still antsy about Sky drawing Ned whilst he's naked and is still concerned with the proportions of key parts of the drawing Sky has already done. Sky finds another problem with the class though in the shape of her new teacher whom begins taking apart the students drawings, scoffing at their attempts to draw. Sky finds herself singled out several times by the teacher whom continues to undermine her work. Sky reacts to the teacher’s manner challenging him to teach her how to draw if her work is so poor.
