Rachel struggles to adjust to living with Katya. Katya attempts to put her foot down again about Rachel seeing Stingray but this only causes Rachel to grow angrier. Stingray is having problems of his own as he talks about his relationship with Toadie and Connor. They both seem to suggest that, whilst they both know that nothing is going on, from the outside Stingray’s relationship with Rachel looks a bit dodgy as she is 14 and he is 18. Stingray refuses to accept this stressing that they're both really good friends. Things get worse for the pair as a worried Katya tracks Rachel down to Stingray's bedroom late a night. Whilst they both explain that nothing was going on Katya refuses to accept what they're seeing and takes Rachel home quickly. The next day sees Stingray talking to Toadie again. Stingray again assures Toadie that nothing is happening between himself and Rachel but Toadie puts out about Rachel being found in his bedroom the follow night. As he gets Stingray to explain to him, he points out that it seems like Stingray does have feelings for Rachel and warns him to stay away.

Max and Steph spend time together as she arrives home from the hospital. Lyn surprises them both when she announces that she's moving in with them to help them out with Charlie. Steph is fine with the idea but Max suggests that it may not be for the best if Lyn moved in.

Karl resumes dating Jenny, and the pair have a good time together. Jenny reveals that their next date will take place at a naturist pool party. Karl at first assumes that a naturist is a political party that believes in green issues and gets a bit of a shock when Jenny explains exactly what it entails. He talks it over with Max later and agrees that it will be an experience and decides to give it a try.
