Robert continues to target Dylan in his attempts to split apart the Robinson family. Robert's antics have seen Dylan become increasingly alienated from Paul and his latest attack sees Dylan being fired from the General Store and his relationship with Paul effectively ended. Dylan is distracted whilst putting up shelves in the General Store, after the carpenter who was supposed to put them up fails to arrive. Paul is sceptical that Dylan can manage an notes Dylan doesn't seem to be paying attention. Robert seizes the opportunity to encourage Dylan to leave the shop. As Dylan does he loosens the screws holding up the new shelves. This leads to the shelves falling upon Elle as she puts some stock on them later, knocking her to the ground and crushing her. The gathered customers manage to pull her out but Paul is furious with Dylan and fires him on the spot.

Ned continues his attempt to toughen up using his new job as a traffic warden to book Izzy and Paul for trivial packing offences. His actions begin to affect some of the other residents of the street and they begin to complain about his actions. Max and Connor take Ned aside and find him admitting that this recent mean spirit is hard for him to keep up. However rather than stopping he tells them he will double his efforts. To prove his point he leaves a panicked Connor on the roof of the Scarlet bar after holding a ladder for Connor as he installed some new security CCTV camera's for the Lassiter complex.

Sky and Dylan's relationship continues to buckle under the weight of recent events. Whilst things seem to be getting back on track Sky finds herself admitting that she is close to J.P, and can't rule out that she has romantic feelings for her teacher. Dylan struggles with this revelation and finds it hard to understand but finds himself taking time to talk to Sky after she reminds him of their past and provides a list of things which she loves about him. Dylan tells Sky that she needs to decide between he and J.P and admits there relationship may be over if she continues to see her teacher.

Mishka is delighted to have finally made it to Australia and wonders around number 24 in amazement. Harold is still skeptical about Mishka, especially as she still believes Lou is the owner of number 24, but this changes as he spends the day with Mishka and Lou at a local animal santuary. The three of them spend time looking at various Australian animals, such as koalas, wallabies and dingoes. Mischka really enjoys the trip and insists they're next stop be to see her favourite Australian cricketer Shane Warne.
