Izzy delights in teasing Sky as she learns of Sky and Dylan’s break up and the reason behind it. Sky attempts to talk things over with Dylan who is still devastated by the knowledge that she spent the night with J.P. Having painted over Sky’s artwork on his car he focuses his attention on his new job at the Scarlet Bar and attempts to forget about Sky. She tracks him down though and tries to talk to him about what has happened. Dylan cuts her off though explaining how he sees the conversation going, her attempting to make peace and suggesting that they try to remain friends, and rejects this option. Izzy, who has held off taunting Sky until now after Paul suggested she didn’t, seizes the opportunity and offers to listen to Sky’s problems one devious cheater to another. Sky snaps at this but begins to feel that Izzy’s jeers may be close to the truth. Back at number 24 Sky finds herself saying as much to Susan who suggests it may have been the lack of a strong parental influence when Sky was young that caused her to be so keen to get deeply involved with people she befriends.

Max and Connor continue to panic over Karl’s new found interest in taking part in the Scarlet Bars open mike nights. Their subtle hints to Karl that he shouldn’t play go unnoticed though as Karl ropes Ned to sing with him again. Connor embarks on a last ditch attempt at stopping the KenNEDy’s from performing by sidelining Ned. He tells Ned that if he doesn’t tell Karl how bad their music is then he will. Connor begins to say as much to Karl but Karl offers him a part in the band after admitting that something was lacking. Connor spends a minute or two thinking about this but accepts. Max is shocked later when the three of them take to the stage, Ned and Karl singing and Connor on the tin whistle. Max gets a further shock when Ned is approached by a rival bar who offers Ned a job singing. Max acts upset at this news that the KenNEDy’s will be working elsewhere but this turns to genuine concern when Ned explains that the job is just for him, leaving Connor and Karl behind playing at the Scarlet Bar.

Robert continues with his plans to attack his family. Whilst Izzy walks beneath a ladder he is on hammering a nail into the number 22 roof skirting he drops a hammer on he which she manages to jump out of the way of. Waving it off as an accident she asks Robert and Katya, who appears around the side of the house as Izzy jumps out of the way of the hammer, if they want to join her in the hot tub. Robert accepts but Katya is hesitant and heads back to Susan’s where she finds herself talking to Susan about her relationship with Robert. Susan is understand of Katya’s fears but tells her that she has a strong support net in Susan, Rachel and Zeke so she can take a risk on letting her guard down with Robert. Katya takes heart from this discussion and returns to number 22 later that evening and asks Robert if he wants to watch a few DVD’s with her. The pair awkwardly arrange to watch the DVD’s at number 22. The end of Lost In Translation sees Robert and Katya draw closer together again. Katya lays her cards on the line and kisses Robert. The pair continue to kiss for a while longer until Robert falters and tells Katya that he can’t carry on and asks her to leave. He then finds himself back in the hospital talking to Cameron. He explains that Katya is throwing him off and his feeling for her are preventing him from his real goal attacking Paul, Elle and Izzy. He decides that the best course of action is to get rid of Katya first before turning his attention back to the other three.
