Robert continues on his plot to pull apart his family. Izzy remains in his sights as he plays Elle with the lie that Izzy is attempting to cheat on Paul with him. Izzy is oblivious to Robert’s plotting and he manages to set her up in innocent scenes which seem more underhand when viewed by Elle with her suspicions about Izzy already heightened by Robert’s words. Robert uses this to his advantage letting Elle, who is still angry at Izzy after the news that she seduced Ned came out several weeks ago, suggest that they attempt to set Izzy up so that she is caught in the act of seducing Robert by Paul. Robert’s emotions continue to be clouded by Katya who he is getting more deeply involved with. The pair spend the night together after they return home and Robert finds himself admitting again to Cameron that he is developing true emotions toward Katya when he visits his brother in hospital. Robert ponders over whether Katya loves him, Cameron or a mash between them as he places various tools into his brother’s hands in an apparent effort to get Cameron’s fingerprints onto them.
Sky and Stingray face the fallout after they end up spending the night together after kissing the night before. Sky has to contend with Harold who is appalled at the path she is taking. He criticises her for using Stingray and dragging him down to her level. Sky remains defiant to Harold’s complaints and Harold finds himself issuing her an ultimatum that she has to sort herself out and finds a job or return to Uni. If not then he tells her that she should leave number 24. Stingray has Dylan to worry about. His brother is in a good mood though as he is unaware of what has happened between Stingray and Sky. Dylan attempts to patch things up with Stingray but soon realises that there’s something wrong with Stingray who is unsettled by this change in behaviour by Dylan. Stingray’s problems worsen as Rachel calls and hands him a note explaining that she wishes to remain friends with him. Stingray finds himself telling her that he has found someone closer to his own age. Rachel is left to return home tearfully.
Elle and Sky find themselves going for jobs as telemarketers in the centre of Melbourne. The job was initially Sky’s idea as she attempts to get her life back on track. Elle’s motives are mostly to spite Izzy who continues to criticises Elle’s plans to simply live off her father’s wealth without trying to make something of her life. Sky is very keen to make the job work but Elle has a more derisive view of trying to sell plastic kitchen utensils via the phone and says as much to Sky. Under the close eye of their supervisor Sky excels at the jobs, chatting to customers in a friendly manner, and manages to secure he first sale shortly after beginning. Elle has a harder time though and soon finds herself arguing with the customer she is talking too after she couldn’t answer any of their questions.
