Cameron finds himself in a world of confusion despite continuing plead that he is innocent and has no idea about the crimes he is being accused of. Paul refuses to listen to his son though and Cameron is taken to the local police station. Elle returns home and tries to put the pieces of recent events together. She struggles to get her head around the idea that Cameron could do such an evil things and begins to feel Robert may be involved in the events. She doesn’t manage to shake this belief even after visiting Robert who is still pretending to be in a coma at St. Luke’s. As evidence of Robert’s sadistic nature she brings forth the damaged music box that was return to her by Robert. As the ballerina inside the box twirls at an unnatural angle to the rather haunting music of the box Elle insists that it is Robert that was always the problem child. Her beliefs are not quite right though as she thinks that the person arrested is Robert whilst the hospital bound patient is Cameron (which was the case until they switched the previous day). Whilst all of this is going on Robert remains at St. Luke’s still pretending to be in a coma.

Susan finds herself close to Karl again as she spends time chatting to him about his latest musical venture as one half of Oodles and Noodles. Karl seems unaware of her feelings though and continues to act naturally around her. Susan watches him quietly as he entertains children at a children’s party at number 30 which he and Ned have been paid to play at.

Toadie spends more time with Katya as she attempts to deal with the news that Robert attempted to kill Elle. Katya’s thoughts turn to the day on the cliff edge when Robert had planned to push her over to get her out of the picture and allow him to focus on revenge on his family. Toadie proves a voice of reason though helping her to sort through her feelings and offering to take her out for the day on a small road trip. Toadie clashes with Susan over this as Susan warns him against taking advantage of Katya so soon after the news of Robert. Toadie is offended by her tone and reminds her that she knows him well enough to know that he would never do anything to hurt Katya.

As Paul and Izzy think back over Robert’s actions since he arrive in the street they begin to link more and more of there recent problems to him. Izzy expresses a belief that the gas attack that threatened both herself and Charlie was the work of Robert. She goes on to say how she feels that the Lassiter plane bomb could have been Robert too. Paul is doubtful about this at first but seems to come around to her way of thinking. He makes the difficult decision to call on Harold who was the main suffer from the bomb, having lost David, Liljana and Serena in the explosion and resulting crash. Harold pauses for a few long moments when Paul reveals the truth of what caused the death of most of Harold’s family, but composes himself and offers support to Paul who he feels must be suffering having had such shocking truths about his son. Paul has other worries as he explain to Izzy earlier, as he feels his own actions may have somehow influenced Robert reminding her that he murdered Gus Cleary.
