Lolly helps Ringo as he continues to withhold his fear of water from Rachel and Zeke. He struggles as they four of them spend time around the pool in the back garden of number 30 but Lolly tells the others that Ringo is hanging back as he?d rather get a tan than get into the pool. Rachel forces the issue as she attempts to get him to race her and pushes Ringo into the water as he hesitates. Rachel ignores Ringo?s frantic attempts to stay afloat as she is unaware of his inability to swim. Lolly comes to Ringo?s aid instead, grabbing his hand and pulling him to the side of the pool. Rachel remains unsure of the events as Lolly snarls at her for being so irresponsible especially given Sandy?s accident after she fell into the pool in a similar way. Ringo discusses his fear of water, and his embarrassment in letting Rachel know, when he is alone with Lolly later. Lolly encourages him to open up to Rachel and helps him take his first steps to overcoming his hydrophobia by leading him slowly down the first few steps of the number 30 pool. Ringo is terrified but Lolly distracts him into a fierce discussion so he doesn?t notice how far into the pool they have gotten. Ringo thanks her once they are out of the water and follows her advice about telling Rachel the truth. He finds her with Zeke at the General Store and explains his phobia. He tells them that it began as Frazer was teaching him to swim when he was younger. A jet skier hit Ringo, an accident which saw him hospitalised for a few weeks. Rachel reacts as Lolly suggested she would, offering her help to overcome his fear. She starts by standing with him as he pushes his head under water. They then progress to Ringo practising front crawl arm movements whilst propped up by a stool in the kitchen of number 30. Ringo is shirtless and the pair quickly move closer as the teaching draws to a close. They begin to kiss but Ringo?s takes the kiss a step further and Rachel springs back in alarm. She orders him to leave and flees when he points out that they are in his house.

Oliver and Carmella attempt to put their differences behind them over Carmella?s family fruit business. Carmella carries through on her threat to throw a brick through Ray?s window as revenge for his apparent robbery of their Ute, however Oliver manages to get her to put aside these darker actions as he admits that he sees and end to their relationship if she continues to retaliate in such a way to Ray?s attempts to undermine her business. The respite doesn?t last long though as Paul and Elle begin in their attempts to drive Oliver and Carmella apart. Elle hesitates when Paul talks of extreme actions to get the point across. She pleads with him to allow for her more subtle methods despite his warnings that she should act like a Robinson. Elle?s scheme sees an extra order placed for the General Store. This fails quickly as Harold and Lou sees the produce and agree to buy it from Carmella and Oliver despite not placing the order. This setback sees Elle accept Paul?s grader plans to sabotage the pair?s relationship. When he suggests he get his hired help to take care of them, Elle goes as step further suggesting that they should get their hands dirty instead. They follow Carmella and Oliver out into the Australian countryside as the pair attempt to set up a new business partnership. When they stop Elle and Paul rig the van they are travelling in with explosives. They retreat a few hundred yards and Elle presses the remote detonator. The van doesn?t explode though and Paul suggests that it is a dud. As they stand watching, Carmella and Oliver head back to the van with boxes of vegetables. They draw near to the vehicle just as the bomb goes off in an explosion of fire.

Zeke overhears Karl talking secretively about money over the phone in the driveway of number 28. Susan disturbs Karl who appears to lie about the conversation and quickly calls back once she is out of sight. Zeke confronts Karl who becomes serious and tells him that there is something he needs to tell Zeke and Rachel. Zeke locates Rachel and expresses his concern that Karl is cheating on Susan. They quickly find Karl and plead with him to try and work things out with her. He remains bemused at their chatter and explains the real reason for the phone call and secrecy, he plans to ask Susan to marry him again whilst they are in London.
