Pepper is haunted by dreams of Mary who continues to taunt her and attempt to perpetuate her plans to create a family by reunited Pepper with Kevin. Pepper attempts to shake the dreams from her mind but she remains uneasy when left alone so she sticks to whoever she can to prevent this from happening. Peppers fears stem from the threat that Mary made as Pepper dropped all pretences and forced home the fact that she and Kevin will never be an item. Mary promised Pepper that she would pay for her deception and for destroying Mary’s plans.

Rosetta rallies to her sister’s side as Carmella continues to feel the after effects of the drugs prescribed by Charlotte. Carmella is unsure about how to proceed and Rosetta suggests she visit Charlotte and demand answers. Carmella maintains the peace between Rosetta and Charlotte at first as the three of them settle in Charlotte’s office to discuss Carmella’s treatment. Charlotte’s terse words see Rosetta step into the conversation pointing out the strangeness of Charlotte attempting to lay fault with Carmella for having stopped taking her prescribed medication. As Rosie questions Charlotte’s handling of the situation Charlotte grows cold and demands that Rosetta and Carmella leave before things get out of hand. Rosetta informs Charlotte that she will be seeking another doctor’s opinion on Carmella’s health and will contact the medical board about Charlotte’s behaviour. Whilst Charlotte lets them leave she begins work to prevent their complaint by using Boyd’s interest in her to help convince Carmella to change her mind which he does by taking Carmella to one side in the Scarlet Bar and highlighting the stress such actions would cause for all involved.

Sky returns to Ramsay Street reversing her initial plans to flee given after being released temporarily by the police. As she arrives home there is a police car waiting outside number 24 and she is official charged for murdering Terrance. Sky is transferred to a high security woman’s prison whilst a case is built against her. She is visited by Rosetta and Harold as Rosetta outlines the next stages of the case. Rosetta explains that an autopsy on Terrance’s body shows that he was struck twice and it was the injuries from these attacks which killed him. She points out that Sky’s prints were found on the sugar pot she used and Sky correctly points out that the case against her is strong. She continues to struggle to remember the final moments of her confrontation with Terrance and finds herself with more problems as her fellow prisoners attempt to size her up. Initially she is treated kindly as one of the leading prisons introduces herself as Krystal and gives Sky a few pointers about life in prison. Krystal gives Sky a nickname of Piglet and offers to look after one of Kerry’s hat which Sky has smuggled into her cell with her. She advises Sky to keep her head low and to do nothing to upset the boat. Things get worse as Sky is taunted by one of the Krystal and a group of her friends as they attempt to test Sky’s understanding of Krystal’s advise. Sky is told to be submissive by those bullying her however she chooses to stand up for herself and squares up to the main tormentor. She later snitches on this leader causing her to be dragged away by the prison wardens whilst issuing a threat of revenge to Sky.

Rosetta tells a curious Pepper and Carmella of her plans to ask Frazer to marry her after they hound her over a mysterious jewellery box Rosetta brings into number 30. She relents and opens it to reveal a men’s watch which she tells them she will give to Frazer and ask him to marry her as they head to the first race since his accident together. Excitement takes over as the three begin speculating about the wedding waving away the fact that Rosetta has yet to get a response from Frazer about the proposal.

Charlotte continues to twist Boyd to her side as she plays his feeling for her to her advantage. Having already used him to put doubt in Carmella’s mind about pursuing action against Charlotte’s mistreatment of her as a patient, Charlotte uses Boyd to get information about Sky’s case. Boyd visits Sky in prison and relays Sky’s belief that she must have killed Terrance to Charlotte as she offers to lend an ear. Charlotte continues to use Boyd to gain medical advice about how to treat her patients. She encourages his commitment to her by pretending that her feelings for him are growing. She kisses him for a second time after admitting that she is falling for him.
