Episode 5236

Despite Pepper's pleas to give Frazer some space, Rosie tracks down her troubled fiancé. She begs him to let her help him uncover whatever is behind his psychosomatic paralysis but Frazer insists it's something he has to do alone. Heartbroken, Rosie gives Frazer his engagement ring back arguing that it's unfair of him to expect her to wait. Shocked into action, Frazer realises how much he needs Rosie in his life and the pair finally start communicating. On the way home they stop to visit the graves of Frazer's grandparents. To his horror, Rosie uncovers another tombstone... commemorating a baby brother that he never knew existed!

Sky's shaken when Caleb finally tells her the story behind how he came to receive Stingray's heart: he was a drunk driver who killed his best friend in a car crash. Boyd urges Sky to sever all ties with Caleb but Sky finds herself unable to turn her back on the lonely boy. After all, if anyone would have understood a drinking problem, it would have been Stingray.

Pepper's seriously unimpressed when she discovers that Adam's idea of a "special" first date consists of eating grilled chops in his grubby flat and drinking wine from jam jars. Trying to protect herself from potential heart ache, she looks for faults that aren't there and accuses him of just trying to get her into bed. Straight-shooting Adam refuses to let her sabotage their date and makes it clear that his interest in her is genuine.

Steph is furious when the council refuse permission for her proposed changes to Scarlet Bar and Stingray's memorial wall. To Toadie's dismay, Steph decides to fight the bureaucrats at their own game and run for office in the upcoming local elections.
