Episode 5242

Ringo crashes Carmella's ute into Janae's garage, narrowly missing Susan and Karl in the process. He's rushed to hospital with severe blood loss from a leg wound but Frazer saves the day by providing the hospital with the rare B- blood they need. Ringo's mortified by the mayhem he's caused and Carmella is equally appalled by her own behaviour. She blames herself for crossing boundaries in their relationship although Ringo still refuses to believe that there was anything inappropriate about their friendship. They agree to forget the entire ordeal, but will it be that easy?

Elle and Oliver give into their desires and sleep together. They both feel guilty given that Oliver has only just split with Carmella. However, they can't deny how perfect their day has been. In a bid not to rush their new relationship, Oliver and Elle vow to keep their rendezvous a secret.

Frazer gets a wake up call about his own behaviour after Ringo's crash. He realises Ringo has been acting up because he doesn't know how to handle his emotions; an ominous trait in their family. Frazer resolves to talk to his mum about their dead brother. As painful as the past may be, he needs to know the truth about what really happened in order to move on.

Gail convinces Paul to make amends with Elle. He apologises for being selfish and begs for a second chance. Elle points out that it would be more like his fifth but she's only too happy to reconnect with her dad. Spending a pleasant evening as a family, Paul grows ever more determined to reunite with Gail and recreate the past. Caught up in the moment, they kiss.

Susan praises Karl for slipping successfully back into doctor mode when Ringo needed him. She tries to initiate another chat about his career but sadly Karl has to run off to yet another exhausting sales meeting.
