Departing Cast

As the shake up of Ramsay Street continues, two members of cast seem certain to leave as media reports begin to carry stories about their departure.
First up is Janet Andrewartha who has been in the show since late 1999 when she arrived in Erisnborough with Joe, Steph, Flick and Michelle.
Also leaving is Katya Kinski who is reported to have been on an extended guest role and will not have her contract renewed when it expires in the coming days.
The news comes as new faces are being linked to Ramsay Street. A group of 20 something’s are set to arrive in the near future to plug a perceived gap in the streets demography. Two teens will also arrive having been successful in the recent competition run by Dolly magazine in conjunction with Neighbours, which invited the general public to take part in auditions for the roles.
There have also been some fairly strong suggestions that Stephanie Mcintosh will also leave the show as he contract expires next year. Stephanie is currently riding the singles charts in Australia having released her first single "Mistake" at the end of July.
The move comes whilst established fans of the show continue to express unease with some of the recent changes within Neighbours.
