Neighbours cast members can be chosen in various categories at the 2009 Inside Soap Awards.
Voting for the 2009 Inside Soap Awards can now be done
via an online survey form. Neighbours cast members can be found in most of the 2009 categories.
The Inside Soap Awards are an annual event which has been run by UK based Inside Soap Magazine siunce 1997. The awards highlight the best of soaps on UK television. Voting culminates in an televised award ceremony in which the winners are revealed.
The Inside Soap Awards tend to favour UK soaps, with Neighbours picking up only a single award from 2001 and 2007 (an award for best overseas soap) and Home Away failing to get a single award during that period (in contrast to Eastenders 57 and Coronation Street's 38).
It is rare for Neighbours cast members to attend the award cermony (as a UK trip is difficult given the distances involved
and the involved filming schedule that Neighbours commands) though it is not unheard of for Neighbours cast members to make appearances at UK award shows.
Neighbours cast can be found in categories such as
best actor (Stefan Dennis and Alan Fletcher), Best Actress (Kym Valentine and Jackie Woodbourne), Best Necomer (Morgan Baker and Margot Robbie) Sexiest Male (Sam Clark and Brett Tucker) and Sexiest Female (Pippa Black and Carla Bonner).
