An Australian real estate website has listed Number 2 Pin Oak court for rent. Fans of Neighbours may recognise the name as it's the cul-de-sac in the Vermount South district of Melbourne Victoria upon which Ramsay Street is based.

The exterior of the Pin Oak Court is exactly the same as it's fictional counter part and it is used when shooting outside scenes.

The site makes no mention of filming schedules or the regular flock of fans who tour the street on a daily basis. It does however contain the following information on the house:
