Austrlian actress Penny Cook, who has starred in shows such as A Country Practice and E Street, looks set to join the Neighbours cast in a guest role later this year.

Penny will play Prue Brown mother to newcomers Ringo and Frazer both of whom sought refuge in Ramsay Street due to their overbearing partents.
